The Tumusiime Mutebile Foundation (TMF) is dedicated to preserving and scaling the socio-economic vision of the late Governor of the Bank of Uganda. Through our key programmes, including the ETM Scholarship Fund, Youth Innovation and Skilling, Youth in Agriculture, and Annual Youth Forums, we work to transform lives by expanding educational opportunities, empowering young people, and supporting sustainable development across Uganda.
The Tumusiime Mutebile Foundation works with visionary partners to nurture academic, public, and private sector growth for socioeconomic development.
We focus on key intervention areas that Prof. Mutebile championed, including expanding access to quality higher education through the ETM Scholarship Fund, improving regional healthcare via specialized kidney care units, and promoting youth inclusion in agricultural value chains.
Through strategic institutional collaborations, including the Professor Emmanuel Tumusiime-Mutebile Centre of Excellence for Private Sector Development at Makerere University, we drive economic policy dialogue, research, and youth skilling.
