About Us

The Tumusiime-Mutebile Foundation (TMF) was established in 2016 to honor the legacy of Professor Emmanuel Tumusiime-Mutebile one of Uganda’s most respected economists and leaders. The foundation was inspired by a 2015 tribute from Makerere University, which established a Centre of Excellence and Chair in his name.

TMF continues his vision through different initiatives in youth skilling, education, healthcare and private sector development. Our approach is rooted in excellence, accountability, and a deep commitment to national progress.
