Dr.Charles Mbire

Mr. Charles Mbire is a prominent business leader and industrialist, widely recognized as one of Uganda’s most influential private sector champions. As a Board Member of the Tumusiime Mutebile Foundation, he contributes deep expertise in investment strategy, corporate governance, and sustainable development. He chairs MTN Uganda and the Uganda Securities Exchange, and holds directorships in leading firms across energy, manufacturing, and finance. With an MBA from the University of Leicester, Mr. Mbire advocates for public-private partnerships, youth employment, and sustainable enterprise. A former President of the Uganda Olympic Committee, he is also a strong supporter of education and sports development.
